- The Social and Advocacy Security Alliance (SASA) proudly serves as a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness about the critical need for protection in our digital age. With the ever-present threat of spyware and malware, which can infiltrate our devices and compromise our security, SASA is taking decisive action. Recently, our organization has actively engaged with Congress to voice our deep concerns regarding the alarming and persistent issue of malicious individuals remotely installing harmful applications on unsuspecting victims' devices, posing direct threats to their safety and privacy.
We recognize that the unauthorized access to people's private information and the alarming ability to track their locations without consent represent an ongoing crisis that affects innocent citizens across the nation. This is particularly troubling for hardworking individuals who contribute positively to society and deserve to feel secure in their own digital environments.
In response to this pressing issue, SASA is advocating for the development and implementation of robust laws designed to safeguard the privacy of every citizen. We firmly believe that everyone should have the right to protect their personal information from being exploited and misused by nefarious actors.
